Hyuugas
======================
Current Stuff -- Hyuugas mostly need their Stuns removed. Big issue seems to be that the initial palm strike makes the opponent immobile. Adding onto Hyuuga's stylization as well, CC is added as a potential nethod of squeezing more damage out of your Hyuuga -- moves are shifted to Speed and Tai modifiers, or Just Speed/Just Tai to make variable hyuuga builds more viable as well.
Hakke Sanjuuni Sho/Hakke Rokujuuyon Sho/Hakke Hyaku Nijuuhachi Sho: This is a general change for all three of them; Replace the stun aspect with a 'Hit all' aspect -- anyone within the technique's circle receives damage from each hit made (The circle gets pretty huge at 128 Palms, good luck escaping that one easily).
Byakugan -- Boost baseform Dodge bonus to 10%, Enhanced form bonus to 15%. Puts their dodge bonus as slightly inferior to Uchiha's still.
Jyuuken -- Deals damage to the opponent's health and chakra based on 0.3x Speed (0.1x Speed to chakra) + a bonus amount based on CC. Bonus damage is not reduced by effects that might negate Tai damage. The effectiveness of Jyuuken increases at lv500, 2500, and 5000.
Lv1-499 Jyuuken CC modifiers*
1-24 CC: 100 Bonus Damage
25-49 CC: 300 Bonus Damage
50-74 CC: 600 Bonus Damage
75-99 CC: 900 Bonus Damage
100 CC: 1200 Bonus Damage
500-2499 Jyuuken CC modifiers*
1-24 CC: 1200 Bonus Damage
25-49 CC: 1500 Bonus Damage
50-74 CC: 1800 Bonus Damage
75-99 CC: 2200 Bonus Damage
100 CC: 2500 Bonus Damage
2500-4999 Jyuuken CC modifiers*
1-24 CC: 2500 Bonus Damage
25-49 CC: 2800 Bonus Damage
50-74 CC: 3100 Bonus Damage
75-99 CC: 3400 Bonus Damage
100 CC: 4000 Bonus Damage
5000+ Jyuuken CC Modifiers*
1-24 CC: 4300 Bonus Damage
25-49 CC: 4600 Bonus Damage
50-74 CC: 4900 Bonus Damage
75-99 CC: 5200 Bonus Damage
100 CC: 5500 Bonus Damage
* -> At 15k Speed, this will do 10500 damage, at 10k Speed this will do 8500 damage. At 30k speed, this will do 15500 damage.
* -> You could make the damage dealt to chakra 1/10th the actual damage inflicted instead so at the most, 1550 Chakra would be drained while at the minimum 850 chakra would be drained.
Hakke Sanjuuni Sho -- The damage modifier on this one is nice, a solid 0.3x*6 = 1.8x overall. However, since Hyuugas are more about speed and percision than raw power I'd like to see the damage changed to 0.3x Speed per hit over 0.3x Tai. Chakra Drain should be a set amount, 500 chakra per hit.
Hakke Rokujuuyon Sho -- Adding on further to the changes to Sanjuuni, Rokujuuyon's modifier should be 0.5x Speed/0.5x Tai. Chakra Drain should be a set amount, 700 chakra per hit.
Hakke Hyaku Nijuuhachi Sho -- Again, modifier on this one increases a bit and changes from being purely Tai to a speed/Tai hybrid. 0.7x Speed/0.7x Tai. Chakra drain should be a set amount, 1000 chakra drain per hit.
Hakke Kuushou -- Pushes a player back four tiles like it does currently, and deals 0.2x Speed in damage to the opponent's chakra (Yes, check it for consistency -- Neji himself mentiones it's a technique that uses wind pressure to damage the opponent's chakra network from a range lol).
Hakkeshou Kaiten -- When the technique is first activated, it pushes everyone near the rotation back 5 tiles. Everything else remains pretty much the same.
New Stuff -- This is mostly additions based on Hinata's stuff or things Neji only showed really late in the series such as the two-handed Hakke Kuushou. Aim of the Hinata-related stuff is to give people more options -- wanna go pure Tai? Then focus on Twin Lion Fist related techniques. Wanna be more speed/dodge oriented? Focus on Jyuuken and the speed related side of things. Want options? Be a hybrid. CC bonus applied to Jyuuken and Juho Soushiken means players can afford to give up a bit of tai or speed respectively.
Tenseigan -- Hyuugas should have a 1% chance of getting the Tenseigan at level 5k, hinted at by a message at level 4.5k that "the chakra of the moon stirs within your eyes..." Unlike normal Byakugan, this should drain 100 chakra per second. Dodge boost would be 25% with a 0.5x Speed increase as well, as the Hyuuga's 359 degree vision is made up for by the newfound powers. Should gain the abilities 'Repulse' and 'Attract' which are passively added to the Attack verb and Hakke Kuushou respectively. These abilities change the Attack Verb to do an additional 0.4x Chakra in damage and push the target 4 tiles away, while Hakke Kuushou instead draws the opponent 4 tiles closer to the user.
Hakke Kuuhekishou -- An upgraded version of Hakke Kuushou which is essentially a 3-tile wide blast of air created by using both palms instead of a single palm, striking an opponent's chakra network from further away. Deals 0.5x Speed to the opponent's chakra.
Juho Soushiken Taijutsu Style -- The Twin Lion Fist, the player's hands are engulfed in blue energy (when punched, the a blue lion pops on the opponent to indicate the Style difference). This technique is learned alongside Jyuuken ryuu, and deals 0.3x Tai (0.15x Tai to chakra) to health and chakra plus bonus damage based on the user's CC. Juho Soushiken improves in efficiency at levels 500, 2500, and 5000 respectively.
Lv1-499 Juho Soushiken CC modifiers*
1-24 CC: 100 Bonus Damage
25-49 CC: 300 Bonus Damage
50-74 CC: 600 Bonus Damage

Hakke: Soujishi Hougeki -- The user's Jugo Soushiken chakra momentarily shifts to purple, before striking the opponent violently for 2x Tai damage and shattering armors/shields. (Note: This technique required having the Ootsuki Chakra/aka Tenseigan potential in the movie -- up to you whether or not to make it Tenseigan only as well).
Mizu Hari: A Hyuuga technique that requires precise chakra control and focus, slicing opponents within range (3 tiles any direction) for 500 damage -- instantly destroys Bunshins, Insects, Papers, Shapes, and Kyuus that are within range. Learned at lv800+ with 100% CC.
Hakke: Hasangeki -- A Tai-based version of Hakke Kuushou, the user slams their palm violently into the foe before launching them back 4 tiles. Deals 0.2x Tai in damage to the opponent's chakra as a result.
